My Spiritual Practice: My strongest connection to spirit comes in the stillness of nature, when I walk barefoot in the woods, ground myself, and meditate. I also work with the Ascension11 energy device, a powerful tool that enhances my ability to attune to the unseen. Through this sacred practice, I align with Source, allowing wisdom and healing energy to flow freely.
